Unless things change in the next phase there will be no locker-rooms so players will have to come partially dressed in their equipment. There will be benches to put your skates on at the rink. Players will have only 10 minutes before the skate to enter the building and 10 minutes after the skate to get changed. There is no loitering allowed at the rink

Full Ice, Station Drills and Edgework will improve Balance, Agility and help develop a longer more powerful stride
Shooting and Stick-Handling Drills are designed to develop Hand Speed, Muscle Memory, Feel, Passing, Shooting and to raise confidence with the puck in pressure situations
Checking Drills for the Bantams will teach the proper technique on angling and giving and receiving hits in open ice and along the boards
3 v 3 games are a great way to improve stick-handling skills, quick decision making and shooting. It's also very fun!!
